The ‘Best Workplaces ™ Luxembourg 2025’ award ceremony was held on 24 April and 15 companies were voted Best Workplaces™ in Luxembourg!

We asked Aurélien SOLER, Head of Office Luxembourg, a few questions about the event, the daily missions of Great Place to Work® and its campaign on our DOOH network, Digital Channel Network, within the largest office buildings in Luxembourg.

Can you tell us a little about what GREAT PLACE TO WORK® does, the mission that drives you on a daily basis and the latest award of the 2025 Labels?

Great Place to Work® Luxembourg is a structure that helps to collect, understand and analyse the feelings of a company's employees through our 5-pillar commitment survey, which defines well-being in the workplace.
This survey is distributed to the company's employees.
The score obtained is a snapshot at a given moment of how the company's own employees feel.
Depending on the score of positive responses achieved, the company may then be recognised, or not, for its exceptional corporate culture and thus receive ‘Great Place To Work ®’ certification valid for 1 full year.
The ‘Best Workplaces™ Luxembourg 2025’ label rewards certified companies with the highest scores in the survey.
To mark the occasion, we organised an awards ceremony at Kinepolis to present the label to the companies with the best results over the past year.
In 2025 in Luxembourg , 15 companies were awarded the label, 5 in each category (Small: workforce < 50 employees / Medium: workforce between 51 and 99 employees / Large: workforce > 100 employees).

In your opinion, what are the most powerful levers today for creating a positive and engaging corporate culture?

Based on the results of our surveys and the various studies we carry out, we can clearly see that quality of life at work is a multi-factor equation.
One of the most important of these is trust. This can be translated into flexible working hours and workplaces, including teleworking, but also into autonomy of action and the taking of initiatives, which encourages innovation in organisations.
There is also the aspect of pride in belonging to a company. This can be seen in the credibility of the organisation, both internally and externally. The exemplary nature of management, and the meaning that its mission brings to daily life.
Finally, there's the spirit of conviviality and the fact of being real and authentic, which means that human relations are natural and not forced, and that we can say things to each other to move forward together towards common goals.

You recently launched a campaign on the DCN network, the DOOH media in office buildings. What convinced you to choose BIG BANG for this broadcast?

The extent of the network and the strategic locations were essential for us.
In fact, the network of office buildings was the target we wanted for this communication campaign.
The labelled companies featured in the campaign's visuals all come from the tertiary sector and wanted to be visible to a target office population.
What's more, the weekly audience of nearly 1 million contacts/week was a considerable advantage, and was also one of our criteria for choosing the broadcaster.

What were your objectives for this campaign?

Our main objective was to highlight the companies that scored exceptionally well in the Great Place To Work® survey and to showcase them!
As well as being workplaces where well-being is a priority, these companies have another thing in common: they are all constantly developing and recruiting new talent.
Our aim was to give them optimum visibility.

How can your company be awarded the label in 2026?

To be awarded the ‘Best Workplaces™ Luxembourg 2026’ label, the first step is already to be ‘Great Place To Work®’ certified for the year 2025.
The certification campaign has been open since February 2025 and closes in January 2026.
Next, you need to be among the certified companies with the highest scores in the survey.
To become part of the community of companies in Luxembourg where well-being at work is a priority, and to find out more about the procedures and offers for taking part in the certification, the easiest way is to get in touch with them.
