Interview - Audrey Di Giandomenico - Sympass

Our screens, installed in the largest office buildings in Luxembourg, broadcast the campaigns of local, national and international advertisers, but are also used for all the internal communication of the buildings equipped.

They are also used on a regular basis by the SYMPASS concierge services in 2 of these buildings. Audrey Di Giandomenico, Concierge Manager, agreed to answer a few questions:


1/ Hello Audrey, can you introduce yourself in a few words?

I've been working for Sympass since 2009 and I've been Concierge Manager for the last year and a half. We manage 4 physical concierge services for companies, which are located on our customers' premises, as well as a local concierge service in Kopstal, the only one in the country. The aim: to make everyday life easier and save time!

Sympass is a comprehensive benefits programme for employees of Luxembourg-based companies. Our leitmotiv is the well-being of employees, with a particular focus on their purchasing power. Today, 1 in 5 employees take advantage of our benefits. In addition, we offer our customers virtual or physical concierge services. We provide them with services such as dry cleaning, carwash, parcel delivery, shoe repair, alterations, etc.

 

2/ How do the screens installed in your Sympass concierge centres fit in with your day-to-day services?

Installed either in front of our conciergeries or in the window, they enable us to highlight the services we offer in our conciergeries.


3/ What type of information or content do you distribute via our screens to working people?

We use the screens for several types of communication: Informational (opening times, closing dates, etc.), as a relay for our commercial operations, to promote our day-to-day services. We change the communications according to the periods and services we want to highlight.


4/ How does this channel help you to modernise and boost the image of your services?

It's another way of attracting the attention of the active population that complements the more traditional POS advertising that's already in place. It gives us a more dynamic image.

 

5/ How do you see the use of these materials developing in your stores over the coming months or years?

The same use as at present and the introduction of other screens if we have new concierge centres.
